I booked this for a wedding. The management and service is below average. Food is good, decor was alright. But you really will have to chase the event manager for every little thing, and service needa a lot of follow up and chasing, they are not proactive.

I booked them my sisters wedding. It was a wonderful experience. Excellent food and services. I liked them as their team responded to every small requirements of our and made it a very smooth event. Strongly recommendable.

Booked my parents anniversary through crossroads venues and it was such a seamless experience altogether! The decor was absolutely eye bobbling and food was super authentic. Couldn’t have made their day any better without crossroads services.
