A medium-sized room with fixed seats and no air conditioning. Okay for the acoustics and lighting. Good for little programmes, however the summer heat will be too much due to the high placement of the fans. The noise from outside is a distraction because the windows are kept open for ventilation. The location is convenient and in the centre. Large parking problem.
