We organised our brother's engagement at grand dreams on 23 Feb 2020 which was subsequently taken over by euphoria. When we reached at the venue there was no cleanliness and the place was very filthy. When we approached the manager, he told us that only final touching is pending, everything is done. We complaint regarding the same and after approaching so many staff officials, they cleaned the place in front of our guests and that was very embarrassing
