Had a bad experience with the manager or the sales person. A customer should feel a sense of trust and understanding but the sales manager is so arrogant , he shows the place is in high demand so no adjustment , his attitude is like ..my place is always booked so i dont give a fuck to your requirement because i can find a substitute. The place is great but just because of the attitude of the person handling it we are not booking cuz we cannot trust if he is interested in my event or he can deliver the expectations. Really disappointed.
