I wish there was an option for 0 stars I would give that to them We had booked our hall a year in advance but last year due to covid situation our wedding got cancelled and we informed them 6 months before that it wont happen and asked for refund. they kept us calling and my father was called 2-3 times to their office. their staff spoke arrogantly with my father and then kept ignoring his call or talking rudely to them and then after a year of waiting and running us around here and there give letter in writing give this that proof they didnt pay us back

They were really good! It was a good decision to plan my wedding at this venue. They arranged for everything as per our requirements.
