My experience have been pathetic with the WMG team and also the vendors listed here. Firstly, the team promises u a lot of things before u pay, once ua payment has been made u have to keep following up with them. My genie or point of contact was Princy. She told me that she will get me the venue done in a month etc, but I have to keep following up with her. Secondly, I spent almost 5 weeks to finalise everything with Marriott Fairfield Ahmedabad and their sales guy messed up with the dates, was extremely rude and nobody from the staff helped us with it. I have then shared the same with Princy as I booked everything on my own with friends referral and she said she will refund my money. Now I just keep following up, she sees my messages and choose not to reply. This has been extremely frustrating. There were feedback I had read earlier for WMG where the people are frustrated and I still made a fool of myself for going ahead and trusting them. See the screenshot with Princy below. I could even share the screenshot of the Sales guy from Fairfield where he messed up with the dates and wasted our 5 weeks of time.
