FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!! With a very disappointing experience as a groom. I’m writing this review. You guys are such a fraud. You all have spoiled my marriage functions. I had guests literally coming from all over the India and outside of India as well. We had to face so much of shame because of you guys. Functions Dates were: 10th July-11th july It is better to have a court marriage than to have a function here!!!! NEVER PLAN AN WEDDING HERE!!! Your function of the lifetime will be a FLOP. They are running a scam in the name of a destination wedding and resort. We booked the property for 2 days events. They have zero accountability, zero service and you will be left with only anxiety inside. In both of the marriage functions there ac was not working and all the guest were left to suffer. The staff was very less as compared to promised and service was hence pathetic. They kept on passing the time by giving false promises. The GM, sales head - Chandni and Sachin will switch off their phones and nobody will face you at that time! They eventually ask us as guest for solutions rather than working on sorting the problems themselves on 2nd day morning. They take their all payment in advance as they know no one will pay seeing their worse services later. At midnight 20 rooms ac were not working and no windows were there. It created lots of stress for all the senior citizens and kids. They dont clean the pool and half of the services are either on maintenance or have less staff. No cold water, no ice for the event, not enough water bottles to cater guests, not enough staff to cater food for the guests. SHAME ON YOU ALL. To all the readers BURN YOUR MONEY RATHER THAN COMING HERE TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY. They have only fake promises to provide.

The experience was bad, no welcome drink as promised, late check ins 4-5 pm, no heaters at the wedding, Chandani did not picked up the call, got it at 10pm, ruined everything, I was the bride and managing it, geyser were not on and had to call to get it on for 45 mins, during the checkout extra money was asked from the guests in rude manner.

It was bad, no welcome drink as promised. There were late check ins at 4-5 pm,. No heaters at the wedding, I had a talk with Chandani who did not pick up my calls on the wedding day. Heaters were given at 10pm which was very late. Also the geysers were not directly working. It took 45 mins to use the geyser after informing the reception.

Aditi did a great job,my look was better than I expected,really fabulous and fabulous.I would recommend all of the future brides in Delhi to go for her.

All of the services were fine,food tasted amazing,decor was fabulous but the only problem was that the staff was a bit slow and lazy.

Ruined my wedding. They force you to hire their vendor for decoration who is extremely unprofessional and expensive. I was in the lawn shouting at the vendor 2 hours before the wedding for the pathetic decoration he had done. Also they didn’t inform us of the DJ timings and closed the same before the entry of the bride after calling the concerned person ( Sachin) he switched off his phone. Overall my wedding was ruined because of their mismanagement.

One of our wedding function was hosted at The Country Inn. The venue, food, decoration everything was on point and beyond our imagination. Everyone loved our wedding. Special credites to their management team at the wedding and their manager, they really helped us alot. Further, I would recommend this venue to everyone

Extremely pathetic! Sub standard quality of service. Forced us to hire in house vendors for decoration who charged us 3.5 lacs but did decorations not even worth 35,000! extremely sub standard and poor work No one takes responsibility of the work. I have been mailing the team since last 6 months and haven't got any response! Ruined my grand day!

We had booked Country inn & suites Lawn+banquet for our wedding.. The Lawns,the food & the overall ambience makes it such a special venue.

we had our enagagement here and the place was booked by the groom's side so i can't comment on the booking process but otherwise on that day the overall service was really great and everything was very well managed.

We all have a few check-list in our mind while booking a venue for a family function. And what can be better, if it not only meets it but turns out to be better. I've had a function at Country Inn recently, and with no seconds thoughts in our mind, we all were really satisfied with their hospitality. Ambiance, food, decor was all up to the mark. We really had a good time here. Certainly will book it the next time when there will be a need be.

we are very satisfied with this venue..we had booked about 20 rooms and two functions... everyone had a great time...everything went smoothly..our resident guests were very well taken care of.. the food on both days was simply excellent..the chef himanshu puri sits patiently to work out the menus ...he has creative ideas ..they are also very flexible if u want to change something last moment which usually happens in weddings...i need to mention the service of the staff..in the party or the housekeeping ..they were very good...country inn has options of three halls and also poolside if one has fewer guests... very satisfied !!!!
