Recently I have attended a wedding of a close relative at four points by Sheraton. Over all ambiance is good. However there is a big problem with the customer service. Especially for weddings. There is a time slot for serving of snacks (evening or morning). like by 10 in the morning and by 6- 6:30 in the evening after which they close the snack counter and very rudely give reply to the guests that the time for serving snacks is over. This is a big problem in our marriage system. I have seen the bride side hosts face a lot of problem when the groom side guests didn't get any breakfast or evening snacks due to this issue. One can understand how difficult it becomes when important members from groom side don't get food at wedding.... And the extremely rude reply from hotel personnel adds to the wooes..... I felt very bad...
