I hosted my Sangeet and Engagement at Hotel Golden Tulip on 9th February 2026, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. I am giving a 2-star rating — both stars solely for the politeness and receptiveness shown during the planning phase by Mr. Raja Ram, Ms. Shikha, and Mr. Avinash. They were humble and cooperative throughout. However, beyond their courteous behavior, the execution fell far below expectations. As a 4-star hotel charging a premium per plate and for rooms, a certain standard of professionalism and management is expected — which was not delivered. Key issues we faced: A hotel employee was found recording our private event and dance performances, which is completely unacceptable. The event manager arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes after the event had already started. Rooms were not ready until 5 PM despite a scheduled 12 PM check-in, which is unacceptable considering the high room tariffs. Lunch arrangements for our guests were poorly managed, causing them to wait and roam around before the issue was resolved. The room allocation list we provided was not cross-checked, and random rooms were assigned, causing unnecessary inconvenience and loss. Overall, we felt taken for granted. While I may receive a standard apology response, I sincerely hope the management takes concrete steps to prevent such experiences for future guests. Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking this venue for major events.

It was a lovely and memorable experience at golden tulip. We recently organised wedding of my sister and Ms. Ankita ensured we had a perfect event and stay . Food was delicious and service was great
