This palace was our first preference. but the biggest turn off of this palace is their management. they promise you something else and cater you completely opposite of that. there is a person SANDEEP who handles the booking part. initially everything seemed fine. but the moment , we went there for booking he started stepping back from his words. He had issues with everything we asked for. They charge you like they are giving you world class treatment but actuallyyou get NOTHING . SO IT WAS A PATHETIC EXPERIENCE!!
