It was a pleasure to recently visit the new Hyatt Centric in Chandigarh. Ms Sonal Singh from your Sales team impressed me with her professional and competent handling of my inquiry. The other staff members were also very pleasant and welcoming, which is critical in the hospitality industry. It was fantastic to see it in action. I enjoyed the overall atmosphere as well. I hope to work with Hyatt Centric again in the future!
