Had my engagement at this hall. Everything seemed good, engagement went smoothly (Food was mediocre, venue was quite decent). but when came settlement time, they revealed themselves for the master extortionists they are. They added a surplus charge without prior intimation for a small bottle of water per plate. They also extorted heavy electrical charges whilst refusing to show the bill. They were very slow and inefficient at delivering the albums for which they took advance payment. We received the final album 3.5 months later. Till date they have refused to give us a legal bill for our GST returns.
