I've been associated with maharaja since a very very long time. In fact my brother also got married in maharaja only and they have been in lushiana for years but never once the quality of their service or food has gone down. In fact they keep on renovating and making it better after every few years. I don't know alot of places that are able to manage the changes with the changing years but they have been the best for as long as i can remember.
