A few kilometres from Nelson Manikam Road, the three-story Mandapam is built. A party room on the first story can accommodate around 300 people, while a dining room on the third floor can accommodate about 250 people. If I'm not mistaken, the second story may contain lodging. The hall looks great and is decorated nicely inside. Rent is a good deal more expensive than average. Parking is offered along with valet.
