Felt like the owners are too trusting on the management most of the wedding customers are driven away, No propper warmth explaining and showing the venue and hiding away the normal rooms and keeping the wedding guests to one side the management is not properly showing the banquet hall by turning on the lighting stating that there is no electricity. That's bull what is the genarator for, The first impression is the last. you can't say to ur costomer that it's going to cost 25lacs, without briefing him maybe I was wearing chappals. But i did come in my fortuner. Not one percent professional you send the menu by post and u should have a propper booklets. please correct this at once. it's effecting the hotels reputation without u knowing.
