Recently visited this venue for a friend's wedding and the services were just top notch.Would ighly recommend this venue for your future events!!

It is a lakeview resort and it is such a pretty place to get married at. We had our sangeet and wedding over here and we had so much fun. Everything was well managed.

The massage is excellent, and the hotel is gorgeous. Also good was the meal. You have many choices, and they include delicious Asian, Indian, and Italian cuisine. I thought it was excellent. The service was excellent as well, especially the server, Sandip, who is a very nice man. He provided me with more culinary options to explore. I greatly appreciate it.

The property had versatile banquet. It has an open air garden terrace with beautiful view and we loved it.

Most non-transparent in dealing with customers. Out of all hotels in Kolkata. Their banquet sales executives/ directors are insecure and change proposals very quickly. You have to be extra careful about any conversation you have with them. I would personally not trust an important occasion like marriage with a group of people like that.

We had a marriage organized here at Novotel Kolkata recently,the property is impressive and the environment is relaxed. There were 3 marriages organized here on that very day but the service we got still was very nice. Overall very much satisfied.
