Truly, a Delightful experience at RADISSON BLU, on the occasion of 60th Wedding anniversary of an elderly couple held on 14th August, 2021. Meeting customer expectations is one thing, but delighting them with an outstanding experience is quite an another. It can only happen when commitment, dedication and sincerity, all three come together. Banquet Manager, Mr Purushotam and his team has all three of the above in abundance. Right from the start, he was very amicable to approach and practical in suggesting what really works for the event and makes you feel comfortable in arriving at the most acceptable event format. Wish to thank him for managing the entire event and making it a grand success! Executive Chef, Mr Varun Sahni is another person who is very humble and listens to all our F & B requirements with patience and offers his expert suggestions in choosing the right spread for the menu. He also offered our chosen Food Menu trial two weeks before the event and was kind enough to tweak the menu according to our feedback. My special thanks to Mr. Harshad Patel, Director of Finance at Radisson Hotel Group whom I got the opportunity to meet a couple of times. He was very warm and understanding in structuring the total financial cost right from the initial booking amount till the last settlement which happened so smoothly through his professional team. Not to forget, Mr Nishant Jaie, Banquet Sales manager who helped us a lot prior to the event as also on the event day with his team to see and micro-manage a lot of things on the ground to give an overall pleasant and delightful experience to the attendees. We had our family gathering@ Radisson Blu n the venue is apt for all occasions...and we are extremely happy and satisfied with the support and cooperation given by Purushotam from the beginning till the end...he was extremely cordial and prompt.A special thanks to Mr.Varun Chef who is very down to earth and kind hearted person who ensured the food was served as per our requirement. We organized my brother’s wedding right after COVID Second wave in India. The partnership we established was much needed to ensure a seamless end-to-end execution of the event during such unprecedented times.Thanks to Purushothaman and Nishant’s ownership and supportive team, we were able to coordinate this event successfully. Amazing food was put together by expert chefs who were able to cater to our needs. COVID protocols were followed too- sanitization, temperature checks, social distancing etc.

We hosted some of our wedding functions here and its a great venue to host small and large gathering events. The Venue is very clean and very well maintained. They took care of the decor and catering as well and did it brilliantly. All the guests were very happy with the services. Thanks to the management for helping us out. Recommended.

I booked this place for my wedding. The experience was not good at all. Nothing was good from decor to food. I won't recommend to anyone.

Our first interaction with Radisson Blu was with the chef Varun and he spoke so well and was so courteous that we decided on the location that very day. We had 3 events there and all of them were so beautifully followed up with Mr Purushottam and Mr Varun. Any requests or changes was very well accepted and executed. We had the best time there with no hassles regarding the hotel or the menu. Mr Varun helped us curate the menu by understanding all our requirements and Mr Purushottam gave his own inputs and got us the best deal regarding the rooms as well as the halls. He also helped us with the vendor who beautifully decorated the stage and the mandap. Overall the entire process which took place over 2 days was so smooth and wonderful and each food item tasted amazing. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We had our reception at raddison Blu outer ring road.we are very happy to share our experience we had at the hotel.To begin with ,Mr Purushotham guided us from beginning ,briefed us in detail about how safety and precautions are taken at each step in the hotel. This hotel was by far the best one we chose for our event. Mr. Purushothaman from Radisson was very kind and courteous from the very beginning. Since the time the quote was shared, he very patiently followed up with us and was very accommodating to the many changes in the dates we had to go through because of such times. Mr. Purushothaman was very supportive and did the best for us in terms of arrangements, budget, menu selection, organising decorators, sound for the event. Best of all, the food was yum, the entire spread had a huge variety and every dish was special and yum. All our guests enjoyed the food and commended the quality. We as a family, definitely by far had the best time having our event at Radisson and Mr. Purushothaman without a doubt gave us the best of everything that we could have ever asked for. Looking forward to having many events at Radisson in the coming days.
