I got married at Ramsukh Resorts & Spa, Kshetra Mahabaleshwar in December 2017 and we had invited 250 guests. It gives me great joy to share my special experience on Wed Me Good. The variety of rooms in Ramsukh Resorts is very wide and our guests were spread out across compact rooms, family rooms, double bed rooms, heritage suites, valley suites, forest suites, top category solitaire suites, Advait Wada compact rooms, Advait Valley Camp tents for the youngsters and also the Luxurious 4BHK Advait Bungalow with a private pool and lawn. I used their special bridal room H1(Two Room Suite) and my make up done in the courtyard space between the two rooms where a beautiful mirror was set. I would highly recommend Ramsukh Resorts & Spa for Destination Weddings due to various factors which are unique to the resort and which no other venue near Pune, Mumbai or in Mahabaleshwar can offer. Firstly, the flexibility of selecting from several amazing venues in and around the resort for different functions can be found only at Ramsukh Resorts. Day 1 - They have developed a special welcome area where our guests were greeted upon arrival with welcome drinks and refreshing face wipes, handed over keys to their rooms and were escorted properly along with their tagged luggage to their rooms. Ample parking space is available and their management team expertly handled their operations and coordination with us and our guests. Thali Lunch was at the Restaurant “World of Veg”. Their vegetarian food is as good as it gets. Mehendi in the evening was organised on a lawn near their sunrise deck. Live DJ was playing on the deck which also had nice seating while the lawn was used for tea, coffee and snack stalls and also for informal meet and greet. My family surprised me with a couple of wonderful dances which were performed on the lawn itself. All this was while the sun was setting and the vibes which the place gave out were just too good. The whole decor was done by Amruta Bhogawat who was very creative in her suggestions and was precise in the execution. I would recommend her highly for people who want top notch creative decor for their weddings, not to take anything away from the skilled decorator, but Ramsukh Resorts is built on a hill in a rainforest and because there are just so many trees in the property which go hand in hand with the beautiful architecture, you get so many options to decorate the place. At some places in the property no additional decor was needed as it’s all originally very beautiful. Sangeet was kept at the pool deck which we covered and used for seating and a very cute bar was set in one of the niches by the pool. It was magical to say the least. Day 2 - Brunch was at World of Veg and Haldi was at the luxurious Advait Bungalow, which has excellent valley views and a massive lawn which we used for seating, dances and they had even put up some games like Giant Jenga, Hand Football, Tug of War which our families enjoyed a lot, while the haldi function was at ease under the shade of the bungalow’s patio by the poolside. The best part of the wedding was the valley side location which we chose for the actual wedding pheras function, the backdrop of our phera mandap was of the Krishan river and the mountains, simply unbeatable. Now I’ve heard they’ve further expanded the lawn by the valley side which can now take more than 300 people at once. Snacks were arranged by the valley side. At Night English Style Sit Down Dinner was arranged on a massive lawn in front of the reception. The food service and quality was again, exemplary, some proper wine and dine. The party continued on their program deck till 10pm and after hours were in the discotheque of the resort. We had a blast! Apart from all these venues which we used they have multiple large event halls connected with outdoor areas and lawns which are ideal for hosting events! It felt like a very enjoyable vacation for all of our guests and we had a great time too. Once again, highly recommended!
