NOT RECOMMENDED!! I had my wedding party at Royal Dale and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The decoration was lackluster, and the service provided was rude and unprofessional. The decoration was below average and failed to meet the standards expected from a high-end venue. The venue had promised a grand and luxurious decor theme, but it was evident that the decorations were not up to the mark. Most of the promised decor was either missing or not executed correctly, which was a major letdown for the guests. Moreover, the service provided by the staff was far from satisfactory. The staff seemed to lack basic hospitality skills and were unprofessional in their demeanor. They were unresponsive to guest requests and seemed disinterested in providing quality service. It was also observed that the staff members were rude and impolite towards the guests, which is unacceptable in any hospitality setting. During the course of the evening, it became apparent that the staff was understaffed, which caused unnecessary delays in service. The waiters were not attentive to the guests' needs and appeared to be overwhelmed with the crowd. The lack of staff members meant that there was no one to attend to the guests, which left them feeling ignored and disrespected. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and the sub-par decoration and rude service provided by the staff marred the entire event. It is essential to note that the Royal Dale management needs to improve the quality of their services and ensure that their staff members are well-trained in hospitality and customer service. I would not recommend this venue for any future events.

We had all our wedding functions hosted here. It's a beautiful venue and we absolutely loved the ambience of this venue. The staff and management were super helpful and sweet,they made sure everything was done before the function started and to perfection. Loved the food there as well. Recommended.

Personally we did not have a great experience with them, they tried to harass us in the middle of the function and were extremely unprofessional in their working style. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL Source

We hosted our wedding at Royal Dale. Its a pretty huge venue, with all kinds of facilities. We had the entire hall, the staff was really cooperative. We even hosted our engagement there. The caterers and decorators were provided by them only. Food and decor, everything was worth every penny!

All my wedding functions were at Royal Dale and it was a good experience with them. The food and venue was great and everyone liked it. However, their Decor was really bad. They weren't able to deliver according to the prices that we paid them.

My wedding experience was beyond amazing at the Royal Dale. It has the most beautiful Décor arrangements and ambience. I particularly loved the variety of food they offer. Everything was so delicious, all our guests were drooling over the food. I highly praise the efforts of their entire team at the venue. Thank you for making our wedding so lovely!

the staff and service was perfect. They also helped us with wedding decor and itwas perfect according to our needs and this place also fit perfectly within our budget.

The most PATHETIC place amongst all Chattarpur farms!! We unfortunately booked them for our function and regret it to the core! We paid them 90% in advance. Till 10:30 they didn't open the dinner because they wanted the rest 10% then n there. Many of our guests went baboo without dinner and the called MRIGNA and the night duty manager on receptions are extremely rude n ill-mannered. very non cooperative. Made it difficult for us to finish that function. Will never recommend! Far more better options available in Chattarpur

The Royal Dale is a great place to plan a wedding. The farms are spacious and the management is very helpful.
