My Experience with Royal Pepper Banquet- Highly Disappointing and Unprofessional. And I have seen many reviews with similar issue. I recently enquired with Royal Pepper Banquet for a 2-day wedding function on 7th–8th February, requiring 50 rooms. My experience was nothing short of frustrating and misleading. Around 12 PM, I called their enquiry center and spoke to a girl who confirmed that 50 rooms were available. She then gave me the number of Mr. Govind, who again confirmed that 50 rooms were indeed available. I clearly told him I would only visit the property if 50 rooms could be confirmed, as I stay far away. He assured me I could come anytime—even around 10 or 11 PM—and that rooms would be available. At around 7 PM, while I was in Manesar, I called Mr. Govind again to reconfirm, and he once again said yes. Despite heavy traffic, we made the nearly 2.5-hour journey to the venue. Upon arrival, we were served snacks and then shown around the property by Mr. Samar. We liked the overall venue, although one wing had below-average rooms. Another wing had decent rooms, and we reiterated that we required 50 rooms, to which he nodded in agreement. But just 15 minutes later, during our discussion downstairs, Mr. Samar suddenly stated that he could provide only 29 rooms on the 7th and 50 rooms on the 8th. I was shocked. I asked how this was possible when I had confirmed availability three times earlier, and he had just nodded in agreement a few minutes ago. He claimed the rooms were sold in that short span of time—which is hard to believe. I waited another 45 minutes for Mr. Govind to come, but he never showed up. The team kept falsely assuring me that he was on the way, but I strongly suspect he was inside the property and didn’t have the courage to face me. Five days later, I received a call from Mr. Ashish, who claimed to be the Senior Manager. Without acknowledging the issue, he casually opened the conversation by asking when I was planning to visit again. The audacity! When I asked him to check with his team, he insisted I explain the issue from the beginning. I did. He then claimed that 75 rooms were available, but during my visit, they had closed a deal for 25 rooms on the 7th and 50 rooms on the 8th. So I asked a simple question: If you had 75 rooms and booked 25 for the 7th and 50 for the 8th, how many could you have given me? The clear answer is 50 on the 7th (75–25) and 25 on the 8th (75–50). But his team told me the opposite—29 rooms on the 7th and 50 on the 8th, which makes no mathematical sense. When I pointed this out, Mr. Ashish started giving absurd excuses about luggage shifting and logistics. I then asked, if you had only 25 rooms on the 8th, how could you have offered me 50? He had no clear answer and continued contradicting himself. He even hung up the call once, citing network issues, but I called back. It became clear to me that Mr. Ashish was attempting to make good the loss. They must have discussed internally how to manipulate the situation, but they couldn’t even align their story properly. This entire experience was deeply disappointing. Even if you intend to mislead someone, at least coordinate your lies internally first. There are plenty of great banquets and resorts in Delhi that offer excellent decor and food. So why would anyone choose Royal Pepper, where the staff and management lie to your face, mislead you, and are completely untrustworthy? Imagine the kind of stress and hassle I would have faced had I gone ahead and booked the venue. I can’t even begin to think how many more lies would have been told during the actual stay. I will never trust Royal Pepper Banquets again—for any location.

We placed an enquiry with them and they gave us a quote which was higher than what we were looking for but they kept insisting that they’ll meet our budget and that we should visit the property. We decided to visit and they confirmed our dates, we double checked for the dates as it took around 2.5 hrs for us to drive till the property. Even on the day we planned to visit we checked with them before leaving. I personally took a leave from office, drive for 2.5 hrs just to be told that the dates are not available when we reached there. No apology, no empathy they were just like abhi aayi hogi booking. They literally wasted our entire day. I will not suggest this place of you are looking professional and responsible hospitality

Sharing my recent experience from 23 Feb 2025 as I got married in Royal Pepper Hotel And Resorts, Rewari. The experience was amazing but there were many mess ups along with the good side. I will start with the Pro’s 1. Food was amazing, every item was delicious. 2. Event was mostly done as per the plan and was good. 3. Rooms were clean and the ground staff was cooperative. 4. Breakfast and lunch time were extended upon request, as the guest were late during the functions. This thing was very cooperative from their side Con’s 1. My wedding function and haldi function was in the same hall (Vivaan) along with the Pool area and the Jaimala was done on the pool area for which we had paid a very big amount of money for that particular event. In the morning function (haldi) the decoration was done using marigold flower ( genda ) and all the yellow posters, mehendi board etc were which was beautiful. But their team didn’t bother to change the background and the decoration during the night function and just minutes before varmala we asked them to get that changed, which ruined the whole experience we paid more than a lakh for that jaimala and they had the same yellow background along with the mehendi sign board. It ruined my experience along with the bride’s. They should respect someone hard earned money and life savings are spent on a wedding and they should be proactive in providing the service as per the charges. Btw they take all the payment in advance so forget about money deduction or refunds. 2. Many fake promises were made at the time time of booking and after that as well but were not delivered at the actual time. Example - for sangeet function I had asked several times till what time you will play the DJ and the constant reply in every meeting was ‘koi limit ni h’ ‘aapke paer thak jaenge par DJ band ni hoga’ and on the actual day they started calling off the DJ from 12:30 onwards and we tried pushing but still they stopped it at 1am. I requested them constantly and asked them that you told us there is no limit but they didn’t bother and closed it at 1am. If this was the case it should have been told to us before!! 3. During the sangeet function the poster were put of for different bride and groom they didnt bother to change it. After my intervention during the entry I asked them to change that. 4. DJ was supposed to be outside the Mosaic hall for our Mehendi function and it was written in our contract as well, but they provided the DJ indoors. i had repeatedly asked for washed and neat and clean carpets but the carpet and cloth used for our stage during mehendi was so dirtyyy!! Despite of previous request they used such carpets. 5. For the sangeet function they asked extra for the new dj in there Olivia hall and they told us during the entry the hall will go dark and the spotlight will fall on the bride and groom which obviously didn’t happen because there event manager was not bothered. They had so many wedding at the same time it was just business for them. They don’t care about the mess ups because it is just another wedding for them. Basically I didnt enjoy my functions at all because the event captain put in for us was useless. I had to look after each and every thing and get that corrected during my each function. During each function I was calling one or the other manager to get the things corrected. Please don’t rely on them for your special day because it is just business for them and they don’t care. Take everything in writing don’t fall for their words. During each meeting they will say big words but will under deliver. To summarize I'll say many things were way beyond perfect but the things that were committed and were missing has led to huge disappointment.

We booked the property for 11th july 2024 for my wedding. I added my pheras photos as a evidence. I was the bride only. And the video used in there current marketing reels are my wedding only. So I like to tell the reality of this and request not to just go with look and glamour. It was a horrific experience at my wedding and worst decision to go for this venue. The property is in a good location and in a good area but I wish they had maintained it well. There is no cctv surveillance in the entire property or the lawn area. And the event manager they have tied up with is the worst event manager I have ever met. In my entire marriage he was not present on his own and according to the promises and cost they have provided very horrible services. Nothing has been done as per the commitment, he is not picking up your call as well once payment is done and we also had served the stale food in the wedding and engagement. The same afternoon food is served again for dinner at my engagement function and the briyani was literally smelling bad. But they just don't care and said a simple word of sorry.. seriously... Just by giving the good look to properties doesn't mean you will earn a good review. Good service and politeness actually matter. Even the staff are really rude and unprofessional at the venue. As a bride I was sitting in pheras and there was a commitment of the decoration of fresh flowers and air conditioning, lighting but nothing was there. No decoration, no lights, no seating arrangements it seems like doing marriage in dharamshala and we tried to connect with the event manager multiple times but that guy was not responding and picking up the call. It was a july heated summer, we are literally sweating and sitting in the madap because of venue mis management after paying them huge for decoration. And there are theft stories as well. The staff are looking forward to taking your stuff as there is no cctv surveillance in any halls. There are lots of complaints of missing valuable items as a bride I too experience the same. I really urge and suggest not to go for this property at all. As you will face lots of problems once you give the advance before that they will be very soft spoken and promising but once you done the payment they are so unresponsive and rude. On my wedding day I called the reception, mentioned that I am a bride and requested for the drinking water in room and called multiple times as it was emergency, they said they will be sending but it's more than an hour no response. I thought of not writing this but I don't want to face the same I faced as a bride because I understand the pain. There was no safety at this property as there is no cctv surveillance. The staffs are really thief, they tried to steal the things from our room as well and we catched him literally, they just said sorry n run away. But even after that we missed lots of valueable items at property but not get back after a request to manager as well. Pathetic food. People come to marriage to enjoy the stay, get tasty food and creates memory. Trust me entire combo was missing. They served the stale food and unki itni himmat jo lunch serve Kiya tha they put the same food for dinner on engagement day. And the food was literally smelling as it was a summer time and the weather was not so good. I urge to not go for this venue you will rell feel guilty at last. Because just a swimming pool, a good looking hall and dj can't make your wedding memorable it's a overall service and experience which was literally missing by the team. The management team was really pathetic. There is no one with whom you can connect on emergency. As a bride brothers, they also faced a lot of frustration.
