To be honest they don’t even deserve the 0.5. Stone water Eco resort left no stone unturned to make the best day of my life simply the worst! Right from the get go, a girl called ritika was handling my wedding after discussing details and setting up a budget for the venue, food, decor drinks, the whole package, approaching closer to the dates, the girl ritika apparently quit one day before I could arrive to sign the contract, thus trying to extort more money out of me for the booking. This was the first red flag that I ignored. After speaking to a bunch of vendors in Goa I found out that this is a on going scam and they’ve done it to a lot of people. I was assigned Francis who was equally horrible and useless but had a ton of attitude. I booked the venue for the view and had an arch setup at the jetty area, one week before the wedding they tell me they have another event set up there. I was promised a lot of things that weren’t delivered. The food was abysmal and we ran short of it when more than half the people hadn’t even eaten. Cocktails that were promised weren’t available at the bar. There was no lighting. Basically the most frustrating and stressful day of my life. The worst venue. The worst people! Francis especially!
