Its really good, staff ia cooperative, and helpful

I booked this venue for my wedding. Their work speaks for itself and that's why they are so well known. The ambience was amazing, decoration was exquisite, served the best food. When i booked them i knew i don't have to worry about anything. They are highly professional and knows their work. They take genuine interest of what you are expecting as a client and deliver services according.

Stayed here for a friends wedding. Delighted by their personalized touch in their hospitality and services. Had ordered for Jain food items in the breakfast menu and was surprised as they asked me the duration of my stay and made sure I get even more options in my food for the following day. They have amazingly courteous friendly and helpful staff who will ensure that you get a comfortable stay for the wedding celebrations. Intact they even helped me to drape my Sari for the marriage function. Would love to stay here again when I am in Mumbai. Source

My wife and I stayed at the Vivanta during early July to attend a wedding and we stayed for four nights. The location and amenities of the hotel were good. The Spa was excellent and they also had a salon. While we didn't get any massages, many of our friends did and were very satisfied. Thai restaurant and a cocktail bar/lounge which gets very lively during the evening, although the drinks are expensive. However, the cocktails were very well made and the bartenders were knowledgeable and very polite. There was a very wide selection of food and the service was very attentive. We were both impressed with the quality and the experience and made our stay very enjoyable. The room was a little on the small side but very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the wi-fi was limited to only two devices. Overall we had a very good stay and would have no hesitation in staying here again and would love to attend a wedding here again. Source

The venue was good. The staff was accomodating. They were taking care of all the arrangements. We need not even felt the need to supervise.

The stay was for a wedding which was organized in the same hotel in the banquet area. Hotel staff was friendly and food was awesome. Room was nice with all the amenities.
