After a lot of research, I chose the hotel to celebrate the most important event of my life- my wedding. As per the policies , we made the payments at regular intervals. Surprisingly,The sales manager would come home and collect the payments from my parents. Sometimes he would ask for cash and at other times for cheques. He also beguiled my parents and got the cheques issued under different names We thought our money was safe because after payment we would receive an email confirmation from the official email address of the hotel We received the shock of our lives on November 23, 2019 when we learnt that our payments had not been received on time and the contract that was duly signed by authorities was fraudulent. Our booking for 25 rooms was reduced to 18 rooms on the pretext of irregular payments. I am still shocked about the entire situation I fail to understand how such fraudulent and unprofessionalism is prevalent in such a reputed group of hotels. Fern has now given us some rooms in the other property with complimentary airport transfers. However no money can compensate for the stress and tension my families have been going through just days before the most important day of my life
