The staff was friendly/professional/attentive .They ensured everything ran smoothly and even accommodated special requests. I had my parents anniversary over here, they made the best arrangement for us... there was some last min changes but still they helped us with it. Staff is really good and coprative... food is delicious the ambience is really amazing, overall it was awesome. Loved there hospitality.

I had my wedding at The Manor. The property was beautiful and cozy. It was perfect for 60-70 guests. All the preparations were good quality and beautiful. The property is very green with trees, plants and flowers. It is well maintained. The staff is amazing. Anything I needed, the staff quickly arranged it for me. Food was very good and fresh. It was the best experience for me and my family in lucknow.

18th April 2024 Wedding Function - Adarsh Pandey Food - 4/5, Thanks to Mr. Aditya and his management we have got good food but I don't know why most of my guests did not receive puri for which I had paid 5k. Overall food management wise everything was very well managed. Management & Security- 1/5, Her behaviour was really rude on event day and this I had listened from multiple people: Behaviour after payment: Please don't agree for 100% advance payment terms but after payment her behaviour will be completely changed. Bride's Mama: He asked for coffee for bride around 12:30 am in the night but she rudely denied, thanks to Mr. Aditya he managed from his side. Security issue: Around 4 am in the morning, some goons entered in the property and started asking for money during our ceremony, this point I had mentioned earlier to her that please assign security on the gate but she was not even present there at that moment. Feedback form scam: She will show you feedback forms filled by previous customers but till the date she did not even ask for it so not sure if that are genuine feedbacks directly from customers. When my friends asked her why it happened, she simply said, it's a normal thing. People came and started abusing, it's not a normal thing for us. Decor - 3/5, It was satisfactory whatever we had discussed with Mr. Ankush, only 70% had been executed. Missing items: Stage - Proportion of green leaves we had mentioned earlier should be 30% but it was more in comparison to other flowers. Entry - It was discussed to make a bit heavier and agreed as well from Mr. Ankush but on event day that was not implemented. All fake reviews you will see on google maps, check in bad section there you will find real one. Please don't ruin your special day by choosing this venue.

The manager Anushka was really very rude and even the decor was really poor.I would not recommend them.

The property is amazing, It was an amazing and perfectly crafted experience, The Food is totally worth the money and the royal touch in every corner is made my experience way more better, the team of manor is really great and full filled our need till the last minute, Plan your party/wedding/functions with them you will never regret this.

Visited the place for my Wedding query and I loved the space and confirmed the event as well. The place has a very beautiful Royal look and as me and my parents have already visited the other properties of the company so we are assured about the quality and taste of the food. The menu and decoration prices are also affordable for a function of 300 guests, which is also an important part in a wedding.
