Must say it's a well adorned property and management is very cooperative as well as well-mannered. The staff , the arrangements,the food,the services and everything is just perfect. Nevertheless, the whole experience has my heart.

To, Core Management The Manor Lucknow,UP, India. Subject - Goons in disguise attack my client's Adarsh Pandey wedding at your venue. Respected Owners/Managements, My client Adarsh Pandey has booked The Manor for his April 18, 2024, wedding as per the records he provided. He shared a concern about goons in disguise attacking the venue during a Hindu wedding, and goons started asking for 75,000 INR. Later, my client found out from the property guard that the whole incident had been planned by Miss Anushka, who is your property manager, for which my client has video proof and a witness from the Manor Guard team with present guests. The statement in attached photo proof shows Management agrees that some goons in disguise came inside the property without permission of Mr. Adarsh Pandey and his family which is legally wrong, the management of the property was supposed the provide security for same but the statement shows it had been supported by the person or entity who replied back for review provided. Today in public, there has been a wrong allegation added to my client's review by The Manor handle, so for that, I have requested proof by sending an email to The Manor official email and contact number, which we cannot share here because of PII. We request that the Manor core administration reply to us via email and set up a meeting to discuss this matter, as well as set up an internal investigation against Miss Anushka and take action accordingly. Also please provide FIR copy which has been filed against goons in disguise. 18th April 2024 Wedding Function - Adarsh Pandey Food - 4/5, Thanks to Mr. Aditya and his management we have got good food but I don't know why most of my guests did not receive puri for which I had paid 5k. Overall food management wise everything was very well managed. Management & Security- 1/5, Her behaviour was really rude on event day and this I had listened from multiple people: Behaviour after payment: Please don't agree for 100% advance payment terms but after payment her behaviour will be completely changed. Bride's Mama: He asked for coffee for bride around 12:30 am in the night but she rudely denied, thanks to Mr. Aditya he managed from his side. Security issue: Around 4 am in the morning, some goons entered in the property and started asking for money during our ceremony, this point I had mentioned earlier to her that please assign security on the gate but she was not even present there at that moment. Feedback form scam: She will show you feedback forms filled by previous customers but till the date she did not even ask for it so not sure if that are genuine feedbacks directly from customers. When my friends asked her why it happened, she simply said, it's a normal thing. People came and started abusing, it's not a normal thing for us. Decor - 3/5, It was satisfactory whatever we had discussed with Mr. Ankush, only 70% had been executed. Missing items: Stage - Proportion of green leaves we had mentioned earlier should be 30% but it was more in comparison to other flowers. Entry - It was discussed to make a bit heavier and agreed as well from Mr. Ankush but on event day that was not implemented. All fake reviews you will see on google maps, check in bad section there you will find real one. Please don't ruin your special day by choosing this venue.

Visited the place for my Wedding query and I loved the space and confirmed the event as well. The place has a very beautiful Royal look and as me and my parents have already visited the other properties of the company so we are assured about the quality and taste of the food. The menu and decoration prices are also affordable for a function of 300 guests, which is also an important part in a wedding.
