Venue is good, team is fine, they are very pleasing when you book them. At the event day, everything was simply average. Decor, food, service, every damn thing. Its an expensive place to be honest and i could have got a better job done at any xyz basic venue too. It was just too average and what was committed, was definitely not delivered. Team was not interested in even listening to my concerns. I am the bride and it was sad for me that they were not patient enough to even correct few mistakes i pointed out and simply kept rushing me because they had next event lined up. My day will never come back and it was a waste. Can never undo this. Any future bride should be aware so that atleast her event does not get spoilt. We plan for it months in advance and then this happens… simply sad. Not because these errors happened BUT because nobody cared to correct them and kept blaming somebody else in the team.
