The Meraki Banquet

Its was my friend's sagan ceremony. Although we reached early at banquet but the staff was really cooperative with us. Delicious Food, Great Ambience.

I had my brother's wedding yesterday. and these people are damm good in terms of service, hospitality, food quality and most important the behavior of the staff. I highly recommend this place.

Service - 0 Hospitality - Third grade Food - Served cold and taste very average We had the worst experience in Royalens banquet , it was my sister's wedding and because of there pathetic service they ruined our function . 1) The owner's and manager's attitude was horrible talked rubbishly to all our family members in front of our guests and even created a big scene in front of guests regarding plates even physically fought with my father and my relatives. 2) The food was served verry poorly their staff is sooo lazzyy and disrespectful 3) Even the food was started soo late that some of our guests went by without having food 4) Treated Bride so horribly my sister had to clean her bridal room herself . There are many more points which we cannot even disclose here but we just want that we faced the horrible time on my sister's marriage so just please think twice before booking this place. Don't want anybody else to face such horrible people and experience.

Fraud People, Truly Unprofessional. Their Team members lays down a trap for their customers and collect 30% advance by making many verbal mutual conditions and commitments. Thereafter refused to fulfil the same at the time of events & functions. Please be alert from them. and don't book it for your valuable events.
