This is to bring to your notice about the rude and arrogant behaviour by your staff .I had visited your hotel on 16th Oct 2020 at around 3.30pm to provide mehindi services to my client who is staying at your hotel and has booked the hotel for his wedding.as usually whenever i visit any reputed hotel specially for destination wedding program we have been always granted parking inside the parking area however at your hotel they told me to park the car at a place pointing in the direction behind the gate (I understand may be w goa hotel doesn't have sufficient space for which he said to park outside) when i went to park i was told this property doesn't belong to W Goa and i will be charged hourly Basis for parking. So i Re approached the security guard as i felt very insulted and asked him why he didn't inform me that it is not a W Goa hotel parking but a private paid parking (paying parking was not an issue)on which the security guard got furious at me and told me either park outside or he won't allow me to enter property .Getting insulted by a security guard i told him to contact his manager or a lady staff as it was not the way to talk to a lady in this manner .he than called his superior security manager and assistant (Nikhil shirodkar and kishore vishwakarma),who upon arrival started directly blasting at me and my staff and told us to either park outside or to get lost from here and while we were infront of him he told the security guards that if such people make any issue here "directly throw them out " .I requested them to call the security manager on which he told me that he is only the security manager and do what you can do . I was shocked to see such behaviour by any star rated hotel ,and this is the least expected behaviour to a lady . Having employed such unprofessional and arrogant employees at managerial level displays the dignity and reputation of your hotel and also passes on same behaviour to their subordinates . I have been in this profession and doing mehindi all over India and having quite a good number of reputed clients and visiting reputed hotel but i have never come across such arrogant behaviour and least minimal courtesy . Names of the security executive and manager i have found out from reseption team . Further to harras me more during the program Nikhil.S came to lobby and gave angry stares and also at the time of leaving They also followed and made disgusting sounds in order to tease me .my overall experience was very appealing and left me in tears .
