We booked the property for my wedding functions on 30 Sep, 01 Oct and 03 Oct 2020. It was of ideal size for less number of guests. It is a beautiful green and peaceful property. The rooms were decently luxurious. The best was the food. We had 5 lunch/dinner parties with variety of dishes spread across their entire menu. There was not a single dish which disappointed us. Kudos to their chef for this. What did not meet our expectation was missing ownership from management. We booked the property for 2 entire days and for every small things, which a 3 star hotel is expected to take care of, was to be explicitly asked for (for example even after booking the entire property they have constant construction work going on, we had to ask to switch on the lights of the lawn even when they knew that the function has started, asking for getting the coolers fixed which was already communicated earlier). The place does not allow for third party decorators, they have their own vendors to who you do not get to interact. So all the communication on the decoration happens through hotel management. Day 1 decoration was good but Day 2 decoration was horrible. Even after communicating on no financial constraint, the main stage was decorated with paper flowers, the lights on the stage was different then asked, the stage looked horribly cheap. They also put the same selfie stand even after we paid them for three different looking selfie stand for 3 days. To add to all this, they removed the stage light (12 o’clock on a wedding day) even when the entire function was going on and when asked they asked that it would cost us money!! Extremely extremely unprofessional behavior. My take is it could be good for a small scale function but do not recommend at all for a big function like wedding.
