City Park Green Resort

Terrible Experience when travelling with small kids I went to this hotel (City Park, Pitampura) on 22nd Nov, 2023 to attend a wedding ceremony with my wife and 2 kids (5 yrs and 6 months old)...I was travelling from outside Delhi, so usually carry the eatables for the kids like biscuits/chips/cerelac/water in a separate bag....after handing over my car to the valet, when we were entering the hotel, the security guard stopped us from entering the hotel saying that the food bag is not allowed in the hotel, as per the hotel policy....we requested them that all are small items for kids only and they can't eat outside food, but all our requests went in vain....we asked them to call the manager, they kept us waiting for more than 30 mins at the gate and said that we have already talked to the manager, and he is not allowing you to enter the hotel premises with the food bag....I then requested to just let keep the bag with them and just let us take one chips packet and a biscuit box with us (as the kids started crying due to hunger), but the guard/manager said that you can feed the child on the footpath outside the hotel and then enter....he even called the bouncer to handle us, as if we were terrorists....I have never ever faced this kind of behavior in any hotel/restaurant across the world....Finally had to take the kid outside in a restaurant to feed him and leave the venue...Really Disgusting behavior of the entire staff....Think twice/thrice/ten times before planning to host any family function here, if you don't want to humiliate your guests...

Hi Guys how are u all It was a grate and wonderful experience I'm literally crying to go back to Resort literally the food was good and the Banquets are really good 👍 you all should try the resort but not now cause the resort is fully booked from the owner cause there is a wedding u all should try it after 3 days

We went there to check the prices of the venue and the rooms and we were not treated well because our guest list was 150 + the lady who was coordinating with us her name was jyoti and she was very rude she behaved like she was not interested to show property to us. Although we have a very good budget for a small gathering but we were not happy with her behavior...

We hosted our wedding here at this venue. It's a good venue with really nice ambience. The food and decor was upto the mark, just how we wanted it to be. However, the management was a little off due to the COVID restrictions. Overall,good experience !

We hosted our wedding functions here. It's a great venue and the property is really beautiful. The staff and management were really helpful and courteous. The decor and the food was outstanding and we absolutely love it. Highly recommended.

We hosted my brother's engagement here and we are so glad we chose this as our venue. The services and management are really good. They did everything to make our function the best. Loved it. Definitely recommend it to others.

We bookes City Park green Resort for our weddinf functions.The decor was very good and the management was done very professionally.The staff was very helpful and worked ecellently.Altough the food didn't match upto our expectations ,catering wasn't good.

My Engagement function was really special for me. It became all the more wonderful by the beautiful arrangements done by the entire team. They were really kind and cooperative. They handled everything amazingly and we could not find anything to complain about. Keep up the good work And a big Thank you to them.

Citypark green resort is a perfect venue for weddings. I had my wedding at the Raj darbar last December. Some other functions were also held at the city park, pitampura. It's a spacious venue. Food was amazing and decoration was very pretty. Function was highly appreciated by all. The only problem is the traffic on GT karnal road. Otherwise it's a great venue

Fell in love with the venue from the first time we visited. We had a big guest list, upwards of 1000 and still the Pearl Hall accommodated then all without crowding. The food was appreciated by every guest, even the foreign nationals. The servers ensured that starters were always doing the rounds. For a summer wedding, venues with proper AC become a must, and nobody felt the heat outside with the fabulous arrangements at the venue. The in house decorators did a fantabulous job to complement the structure of the hall and even accommodate some personal requests and specifications. A venue that can be trusted blindly!!
