Lutyens/ Oasis/Rhea Management Services First and foremost, these are ceremonial venues, for wedding engagement etc, a good event organised and concluded makes it a memorable one, God forbid something goes either way, it’s regrettable for a lifetime. So please, dont get carried way with the pictures on public domain or location of the Venue. I booked the venue for engagement function and I wish no one has to come across the ordeal that we had to face: - Rooms along with the banquet are 200-300 mts away from the Venue. - the manager with whom we spoke, stopped picking calls a day before. Someone else was appointed to handle the function. And the alternate person might be skilled for another jobs, but for sure was not all appropriate for this work. - Though the venue is good, but what matters is the management caterers, managers/staff are not at all professional. Had to call them for every single work Issues specific to our event: we had a different set of menu agreed, which is even documented but the food served was different -Instead Dal Tadka , black daal was served -Instead Dosa Live counter chat counter was placed, -Curd Raita was stale -Drinks served were different from the menu decided -Desserts were stale -Coffee cups were paper cups like the tarp wala cups -Just step out of the hall. You will find leftovers from last evening party. -Caterers were not at all skilled, it seemed they gathered a few people from some construction site and paid overtime wages to do additional job in overtime hours. And many other issues. Reason: they served the food left from the previous/last evening event. I had confirmed same from associated persons of the venue. And it was so meticulously planned that they started working on putting buffet when the other guests arrived, so the hosts won’t argue and make a scene infant of the guests, hence serving food was also late. So request concerned members who are planning for any function with Rhea management consultants (RMC) may please take a judicious decision . Compromising with 10-20k advance paid and opting another venue will be still a reasonable call to make rather spoiling the function in presence of your esteemed guest, theere is no way to undo the damages donge in these cases. Club Lutyens is a beautiful and regal wedding venue. The lust green lawn and grand facade make for a perfext wedding destination.

Great experience,very good place to any event.Has many facilities like swimming pool, gym, outdoor and indoor games.Staff is very professional and courteous.Will want to do an event there again.

It was a wonderful experience, we had one of the best parties here and it was very beautiful.
