Hospitality One can trust crowne plaza and their vendors blindly in greaternoida. I got married during Covid times and it was a good experience

Absolutely dismal experience at the hotel. There is just one person to attend on weekends for any banquet queries. Expect to wait for more that 2 hours just to get a hang of someone to talk about your wedding queries. Even common banquet halls can give a better service.

We hosted few of our wedding functions here and we had a great experience. We were really happy with the management and the services. The food was also really nice. The rooms were very clean and fresh. Great experience.

We had booked the Lumbini lawn and veda banquet. The lawn is very spacious and the banquet is also well maintained. Initially I was a bit skeptical about the food of the venue as read in the other reviews, but fortunately, the food was amazing. Great overall experience.

We booked this hotel for our wedding function. The banquet was spacious and very well decorated. The food tasted really good and even the mocktails were nice. We booked some rooms as well for our guests and they wre happy with the services.

Horrible place to host weddings. Their lawns are tiny and their service is crappy. The bridal room wasnt ready on the day of my wedding and I had to wait an hour after check in to get my room. They also scam you and over charge for rooms. They have zero follow ups and keep passing on the blame. In our case, they really lied to us and over promised on everything. They didn't have proper bathroom access on wedding day, they really dropped the ball. Their staff is rude and unprofessional and if you are unfortunately booked for your wedding here, get everything down in writing. Also do not hire their recommended decorator charu kataria.. She spoilt my wedding! I blame crowne plaza greater Noida for her, because they really pushed her on us. She even has a store on hotel premises I got married in November 2017, & we hired Charu after dropping our original planner when charu reached us out and said that she is doing event in our venue before and after our date. I had SO MUCH faith but what a sham. The venue was done up so poorly, it seemed like it was done by a tent wala. 1) the stage was so feeble. My husband and I spent the entire wedding telling our guests to be careful because the stage was creaking and we were so scared that it won't stand. In the end, we couldn't do massive family portraits cause charu had to skimp on quality. 2) the baraat had arrived and charu's team was still working on stage and lighting 3) the quality of her products is so cheap. Her plastic flowers, which she'll go on and on about in her meeting with you, looks like they were bought from karol bagh for rs 10. 4) she doesn't even do everything. We had spoken about having a kallere ceiling on my mandap. Guess what?! She forgot. And there were no refunds or apologies. Save yourself and your wedding and do not hire the unprofessional crowne plaza or their "experienced decorators"
