The banquet facilities and arrangements on the day of wedding were satisfactory & good. However, the services & management of the hotel caused a chaos a week before the wedding with improper services in terms of bride & grooms room where there were some pipeline issues because of which the rroms were to be changed & there was no response when we tried to get in touch & we have to physically go and check the entire scene. if we would not have gone personally, the hotel staff did'nt bother to get in touch themself & solve the issue, fortunately everything was perfect on the wedding day.
