Most horrible hotel sales manager ( Mr Malhotra). He treats new customers like he is doing a favor having a discussion about venue booking. He minces his own words and will make you feel like a piece of garbage. No hospitality standards . I went there to have a discussion about a potential residential wedding and we wanted a venue for 300 people . The moment he found out that he is not going to be able to convince us for a rather shitty venue and we were insisting for the main hall and lawn, he was rude and arrogant and asked us to walk out .
