The worst place to host any function. Below are some of the feature of this hall 1. Hidden charges - They will increase the charges of everything even after you have received the written agreement from them. They will ask for the extra money in front of your guest. They will charge you GST tax without giving you any GST bill. They will change the price of per plate by 50% once you submit your advance. One of the manager openly said that the advance money is just token money and then will charge the actual increased bill in subsequent payments. 2. Lack of Food - My guest list was of 90 people, I booked the hall for 100 people. Some of my guest could not attend the function and thus leading to the use of only 80 plates. Even after this, there was shortage of food, only few people could enjoy the full menu. By the time, bride, groom and their close family members sat for dinner, there was acute shortage of curries (Dal, Soya Chap, Paneer gravy), there were only 3 types of Rotis were served instead of promised 6. No sweet dish were served. Only one snacks trolly were served during the entire function. 3. Quality of food - There were insects visible in the noodles. 4. Timing of DJ - The DJ stopped playing music after 9 PM and no one from management helped us. 5. Decoration - They charged extra money for the decoration, but there was no decoration apart from the basic structure and lighting. 6. Rooms - I booked and paid separately for 7 rooms, none of the room had water bottle or any kind of basic toiletries. AC were not working in the room. 7. We had asked and paid for breakfast for 21 people, however we only received breakfast for 17 people. 8. Actual initial deal was of 130k, but at the end we had to pay close to 160k and that too without having any decent service. At the end, I would like to say that please save yourself from all the embarrassment and dissatisfaction and do not book this shit place ever for any kind of functions.
