Wrong information provided on app. Quoting very high prices of food per plate and rooms on meeting.

We had booked the Oodles Hotel for our cocktail and haldi events. As far as the hotel is concerned, we were happy with the food and services provided. The rooms furniture and overall upkeep can be better. Also, my mother lost her bracelet during the event and has been requesting them to provide the cctv footage to see if she can find any leads but they have not tried to assist her at all after the event. Having said that, we and our guests were happy with the hotel overall. However, Oodles only has 2 decorators on their panel and did not allow us to hire anyone from outside. We contacted Hashtag Events by Abhilasha Vats which is one of the decorators on the panel of Oodles. We spoke with Abhilasha and her team in relation to the decor for both our events. After initial few hiccups with respect to the price quotation, we finally gave the work to them. They had promised to deliver as per the ppt shared with us. Please see attached some pictures (can only upload 5 here) of what was promised versus what was finally delivered. All the amount was taken from us prior to the events so ultimately we had no recourse against this underperformance. I personally tried to get in touch with Abhilasha and her team after the events to discuss my issues but they completely started ignoring my messages instead of discussing the problem. I may have not written this review had they at least acknowledged the mistake on their part. Further, I was told that my neon hashtag for which I had very well paid would be given to me to keep but that has not reached me till now. In addition, we had decided to put green and black sofas for the cocktail decor (which is a part of their promised ppt) but even after much persistence, Hashtag ensured not to provide us with green sofas. These last minute small details are tough to keep a track of when you and your family are busy with the events and attending to guests. Ideally, it is the vendor's duty to at least deliver what exactly had been promised. We were disappointed by Abhilasha and her team's underperformance and attitude.

I had booked this for my sister’s wedding and I totally regret it. From the decorations till the end of our function.. i had such a tough time with them. They don’t allow outside decorators and the In-house decorators are a gang of big bluff masters. The food is good.. the two stars are only for that. The rooms are dirty and not maintained well.

If there was a rating below 0.5, that's what I'd give them. They are absolute cheats who literally spoiled my wedding. They showed us something else and delivered not even 10% of that. Mine was an evening wedding and they just used the same decor as their afternoon wedding in-spite of charging us over 4 lakhs for the decor. The carpets werent changed, the flower decor was absolutely shitty and the place for pheras wasn't even set up. Tarun and his team including the Decor head woman- Anshu- absolute nightmares and cheats. Do yourself a favor and find another venue.

Nice and spacious rooms, best place if you are looking for poolside along with the banquet, the staff is well trained and they will ensure your party is success, will genuinely work on special requirement you have regarding the decorations or food. The food was amazing with all kind off cuisine, the whole atmosphere will make you feel completely at home.

it's the worst venue, i have ever seen in my life. service and staff is worst in the world. hotel rooms are pathetic , you guys can imagine that i being the groom i was arranging rooms on wedding day for my guest but they didn't provide me and my guest have to leave in the midnight. i don't recommend anyone for this hotel atleast for stay but yes their venue for function is nice and their decorater Zeba is a genuine girl whatever she promised she delivered. so please don't think of staying in this resort for any of your function and their staff is thief who makes fake promises.

All of our wedding functions were hosted in oodles. The venue is pretty huge with all kinds of seatings and we had a lovely experience there. Catering, decoration, DJ , everything was arranged by them. Food and decor was excellent and all of our guests loved it! Even the Dj was really good. Definitely a recommendable venue!!

We hosted our wedding at Oodles, chattarpur and it was a lovely venue. Great management. efficient staffand the services provided by them were also great. The decor was beautiful and the food was great. Everyone loved the arrangements!

We booked Oodles for 2 days (9 & 10 March) for a residential wedding in the family. Our point of contact was Mr. Manish and he did an excellent job coordinating on both the days. All the events went as per the plan. He was prompt and helped us customize our functions, decor and food the way we wanted it to be. The good was delicious and praised by everyone. The decor team was equally brilliant. To help the hotel improve on its services I'll share 1 issue we faced which if tackled well would have made our stay more comfortable. We had booked 20 rooms on both the days but on our arrival some rooms were not ready. We lost a lot of time and energy on this. But overall, our stay was a pleasant one :)

I attended a friend's wedding at oodles. The booking were done by the family an year back , where in they were promised a well decorated wedding venue to be ready by 4pm along with a lavish list of menu shown by the oodles management team , along with promises of providing the baraat an assembly point. NOTHING OF THIS SORT HAPPENED ON THE WEDDING DAY , I was one of the guests who reached there at 4pm and the guests from the previous function WHICH WAS UNINFORMED TO THE FAMILY WHILE THE BOOKINGS WERE BEING DONE were still there at the venue because of the miscommunication or rather no communication done from the oodles management team. The decorator , Mr Anish all together troubled the family to an extent by saying that he would shut down the generators when he was being back questioned about the sick arrangements he had done for the wedding being booked an year back . This place had been on my list of good wedding venues , but having such a bad experience because of the management , I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE .

Biggest mistake. Worst experience ever. Spoilt my wedding function. We had booked Pamona in Jan'18 for our function on 13th Dec'18 which was supposed to start at 4PM. It came as a shock to us when we got to know there is another Baraat entering in the venue at 12. After a lot of arguments and fight with the management, they kicked out the morning wedding guests and hosts around 6 and spoilt their function as well. Dint even give the barat assembly point as promised. There were cars parked, because overbooking and multiple bookings ofcourse! Finally got the venue at 7.30 PM a lot of guests came and went and we couldn't even offer them anything between those 3.30 hours! Such an embarrassment it was for both our parents. As a result of all the delay we were given the same decor as the morning wedding and Anish Sachdeva charge us full amount saying I'll put off all the generators and spoil the entire wedding altogether. To top it all even the menu was not what we had fixed with them.

Recently my sister got married at Oodles and all our functions Mehndi, Haldi and wedding were performed at this place. Generally I am not a kind of a person who writes reviews but I remember how desperately I wanted a genuine review while doing bookings for us. And I must say that choosing Oodles was the best decision we took. All the guests were happy with the services provided by the venue and the food was awesome. Except the decorator everyone did a wonderful job. Hope that the Oodles team continues to be the same. Mr. Manish was very helpful and we really thank him from the bottom of our hearts.

Our experience with team Oodles has been really a cherished one. The property is indeed a treat to the eye with beautiful wide glass windows and a lot many water bodies. Its a nice- green and clean property with ample parking space, very good rooms, and nice poolside area. What makes it even more special is the great food and a very friendly and cooperative staff. Particularly one of their sales manager called Manish is a very gentle, helpful and resourceful person to work with. After reading these reviews, I went to visit the venue as it popped up in the search for Chhatarpur venues. To my surprise, the staff was really arrogant and rude. They behaved like they do not want to sell the package only. On asking a few queries, the women in the sales started arguing with me like I know nothing about the events and planning. Some staff member was also very indecently fighting with one of the guests, who was a woman. I immediately rushed out of there thinking that I am never ever thinking of booking a venue with such a staff. It is not a cheap venue, but compare the hospitality with other hotels, this is not worth your time and money! Plus you might feel irritated the whole time as they will argue and not listen to you.

Beautiful venue, great landscaping! For me it was the perfect location to get married at, loved it.

Booking Oddles was the biggest mistake. We had a worst experience here. We had booked this hotel for a wedding function on Feb 2018. Tarun Sachdeva the owner of the hotel is a biggest fraud and a fake personality in the industry. At the time Of booking he agreed to everything we asked for and later denied everything after the booking was done and payment was given.. we are the family of single mother and came to the wedding from Amritsar. My mother is a respected govt employee so before hand we discussed with Tarun that we will do the payment by cheque on this Tarun said that we will have to pay govt taxes and so we agreed and told him that we don't mind paying taxes as eventually it is going to the govt.. but to our surprise on the wedding day when the baarat also arrived he comes n ask for payment as discussed my mother handed him Over the cheque. On this he refused to accept the cheque and pressurised us to give cash.. when my mother asked him that she is not carrying such har au cash as already discussed payment will be done by cheque he very convinently and in disgusting manner told my mother to ask for jewellery from her relatives just because he wanted to steal the taxes from government he made us go through a torture and the very same minute my mom had to go and leave the wedding and fetch cash from. One of our relatives. He humiliated us in the worst possible manner. He also denied to give us rooms when he promised that at the time of booking that he will provide a room for bride. These people are disgusting bunch of liars and frauds who will be very sweet when u go to book your functions with them..and Tarun Sachdeva is big fraud and a greedy person who wants to steal from u also and the government also. So beware because they want to steal from your pocket also and government also.. That we will pay the money on

My sangeet venue was beautiful we booked the poolside and the garden area for it. The management was great and the staff was god too. I had an amazing experience there.

#Beware #Worst experience_ They will take away your peace of mind! We had booked a wedding function along with rooms with Oodles, Chattarpur in January 2017 for our wedding function in November 2017. We had given advance payments and were relaxed that we have got the main event booked 10 Months before the wedding. But Oodles Hotel and their staff members had spoilt our complete wedding function and didn?t provide the rooms at last moment. Called us in the month of October exactly a month before the wedding that your venue and rooms are not booked with us. The complete management and sales staff people will torture you and harass you like anything. I would never recommend Booking anything with Oodles, Chattarpur or any of their branches as you can?t trust them at all. Specially their staff members Manish (sales representative) and Praveen (AVP). If you have already booked anything with them please take clear written communication/ confirmation as they can even harass you asking for more money at the day of your Function. If not, there are lot of other Good options in Delhi, please don?t book with them as I don?t want the same torture to happen with anyone else

I have recently attended my friend's engagement function here and it was quite good. Perfect for 200-300 gathering, management by hotel staff was pretty cool, decorations were simple and sober and yes food (both starters & dinner) was delicious. I enjoyed, lovely place.

My best friend got married in Oodles in the outdoor lawn. The pheras were poolside which was a beautiful setting . The food was pretty decent too- they had these starter stations which were interesting. Definitely value for money .

Attended a wedding here in the month of April. Pretty decent venue with good food and courteous staff. The pool side area is the best part.

To start with, the venue is good and specially there pool side lawn is really nice. BUT the staff is very difficult to deal with. They are rude and too busy to connect through call as well. We were to book it but had higher hospitality expectations. So all the best to all who want beautiful venue with not so good staff :-)
