The hotel had great ambience and comfortable rooms. Food was delicious and staff was super professional.

Park Plaza exceeded expectations with its amazing hospitality. The staff was extremely accommodating, and there were plenty of rooms for our guests. The service and atmosphere made it an ideal venue.

Venue was good, but customer service was not good at all. They can improve there services and management this was the only drawback with the hotel otherwise things were fine.

My sangeet function was held at this venue, the team did a brilliant job with the decór and left us with nothing to be dissappointed with!
