Marriage date : 16th Feb ( unable to modify below ) Firstly they charge you heavily, but you get very poor services........ After you give them full payment they just disappear....... I shared this with Nisha, ( also their decor girl -Monika is useless, dumb girl in the industry )... Hi Nisha, Just got to see the pics.. And i must share I am very disappointed with the things not done as decided and agreed.. Your replacement of Sakshi did no help and had no idea with anything 1. Dj automatically winded up around 12:30-1 when we told specifically to play soft music untill the pheras wind up 3-4 am..which you agreed. 2. Flower shower at varmala was useless, charged heavely for 10kg rose petals it was not more than 2kg as it was there for barely 2 mins. 3. Chairs as i said their fabric had stains and pichke hue and was looking shabby 4. Mandap had no floral pillars as asked ..infacts they had zero flowers draped to pillars..i specifically told Monika that i want front two pillars decorated.. 5. Main dinning table also had very poor arrangement and stained chair for bride and groom 6. Fairy lights at entrance as decided ..not installed. 7. Mirrors were still broken..not fixed 8. Bride and Groom sofa was so uncomfortable and "dhasa hua"

We threw our reception in Pavillion and couldn't regret it more. The decor wasn't up to the mark, thankfully we had gone in the morning and could correct it. We werent allowed to use any vendors who werent on their panel. Their management is highly incompetent and are not customer oriented. The sales person who booked our event was missing on the day of our function. The entertainment was another disaster..the MC and DJ both did a poor job It takes alot of effort to collectively ruin a event and they managed to do that. The only saving grace was the food, which was booked by us seperately.

We had a cocktail in the foyer area (glasshouse) at the Pavilion. Its a perfect venue for a gathering of 250-500 people... There isn't much decor needed as the ceiling and carpeting are beautiful. We had a great function here, however felt that the decorators could have done a bit more and been more available for coordination and guidance.

Had a small engagement ceremony here - all the guests raved about the food. Easy to reach and friendly and cooperating stuff

We were closely involved with a wedding that happened at Pavilion. The staff is really cooperative, and the food was great. The decor which is the default setup is not to everyones taste and has a slight overdose of purple but the indoor areas are beautiful. One thing which was odd was an extra charge for different table centerpieces, even though all of them were artificial so no extra cost was incurred on behalf of the venue. Overall however, the staff and service pulled through
