Shangri la has got a good reach to most places, very central, and the view is phenomenal from the rooms. The room service is quick and efficient. The party hall is beautiful, very spacious and well made. I feel the carpeting can be done in continuation and slightly better to give it a richer feel. The food that evening was amazing, well displayed and catered. The reception is always crowded and busy. The services downstairs can be made faster and better to avoid crowds occupying the space.

The wedding turned out really amazing.. the venue, the staff, everything was terrific. Though it was planned at short notice, I was surprised to see how smoothly everything went.

Since wedding was dusting covid and restriction of 50 guest I was very scared how wedding will look bcoz of limitation . But it was amazing experience Shangrilla gave me all support wether food or ambiance or hospitality. Great experience .

he experience was good. I think Shangri-La's lawn is one of the best in Delhi NCR for someone who wants to have a nice Sunday afternoon wedding. It is very well maintained and was the biggest highlight of my wedding. The food at the wedding was super delicious and we till date hear from our relatives talk about it. And last but never the least, the biggest support the venue offered was at the last minute just 2 days before the wedding covid regulations changed and caused a lot of mess, they supported us in every possible manner in postponing the wedding without any financial or arrangement compromises.

It was a very nice experience, hassle free. The food menu was decided alongside the head chef and he pushed for 2-3 recipes which we were sceptical about but turned out they were the most liked item on the menu by our guests. The staff was accomodating and despite being understaffed due to covid did their best to provide attention to our needs.

This was one of our wedding venues and we are very happy with the services they provided. The catering and decor was amazing. Their services were top notch and we had a great time. Recommended.

It was like a place of heaven with tremendous food which anybody could think of. All the moments were memorable and mesmarising and everyone carried those moments along with them after the party.It was the best experience with the venue.Highly recommended!!

this was our engagement venue. gathering was some 200. beautiful experience and loved the food quality as well. sales staff are very supportive and helpful
