Great service, beautiful setting, creative food selection - could not ask for more

while the venue is alright and food is good the management is a cheat. We paid a significant amount to the owners and they flat out refused that they ever got it. On the day of the wedding, they refused to give the handover without money,We somehow pacified them with a post dated cheque. Later they returned the cheque and demanded cash or threatened to switch off the lights. We settles at 50k for the time being to allow the function to continue. after the wedding, even though they agreed that it was an accounting mistake on their end, they went back on their word yet again!!. Horrible experience for the core family.
