Most pathetic experience. The staff is horrible and inefficient. They tried to create trouble for us during my brother's wedding. The rooms weren't ready until 2 pm even though they claim that the check-in time is 12pm. They changed the venue that we booked months in advance, at the last moment . We had to literally shout at them to take back the venue. Their decoration standards are below average . The staff doesn't know how to handle their guests. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a waste.
