The Lalit Delhi

This hotel is by far the worst hotel. We have had a mix experience with the staff. There is good and bad. They first mess up and then try to fix it. But there are zero protocols. Today was the limit of our patience. My 15 year old daughter's safety was at stake.. very insensitive dealing with my 15 year old daughter by the Night manager. My 15 year old was sent upto the room with a stranger from the staff to access the safe to show ID, hence putting my child's safety in danger. When addressed with the night manager abt these protocols, as when we checked in, they were given her ID to the hotel and could be easily verified by the hotel in their systems. The night manager anurag, gave a very nonchalant answer and we were yelled at by him. We r no strangers at this hotel, we have been here since 22 Nights. The night manager anurag is the worst person in the hospitality business. Forget the hospitality business he does not even have the decency to even talk to people. The worst manager or person u can have at Night to address customers concerns. This is not our first confrontation with him, we have let the hotel know abt a prior dispute with him too and the morning Staff had helped and rectified the situation but nothing changed with this anurag guy. I m so disappointed in the management to still keep this guy around as he does not even have a common decency to talk to people let alone be in the hospitality business. My young daughter's safety was compromised today and this is not acceptable. What if something were to go wrong? Who would be responsible? This is not expected from a 5 star and a well reputed hotel. We would never stay here again and will not recommend it for anyone especially families as they don't know how to talk to kids and have no proper protocols in place.

We hosted few of our wedding functions here and we are very happy with how it turned out to be. It's a great venue with really good ambience and environment. The management is really nice and helpful. The food was also really good. Recommended .

Lalit is one of the finest venues available.It had great ambience, excellent hospitality, along with great food. It's a package in itself. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. Highly recommend the hotel for wedding functions.

I loved the venue as it had a great vibe! The decorations done by them for my wedding were impressive! The resort was pretty spacious and beautiful for functions like weddings! Totally worth it. highly recommend them to all the bride and grooms.

My cousin's engagement was hosted at Lalit Hotel. The management was really nice and amazing.

catering , food and decor was especially very good. The waiters and their service was very good and the management was very polite.The managemnet did not give us any troubles atall and were sweet enough to fulfill any requets that we might have.

We had our Engagement at The Lalit Hotel, delhi. I wouldn't say it was bad, but I felt it was just an ordinary venue like any other 5-star hotel.

It is best place for party, wedding, kitty party, training , meeting etc. And if I talk about staff they are very helpful, and here you get all type of according to world..

I attended a wedding here. Food, Decoration and other arrangements were very good.

Its a great hotel located in thw heart of the city. I went for a wedding function and loved the decor,staff was prompt and courteous,food could have been better but no complaints! I loved the place. Cheers
