This hotel was beyond our expectations. Its a beautiful hotel with great well manicured garden. Kalpana was friendly and courteous from the moment we walked in. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and they beautifully decorated our room with a cake as well. Nice hotel with extremely good staff. Stayed here for 4 days with around 100 family members. some of the staff including guest relations people at reception, sales people like Gaurav Kakkar, banquets staff like Prerna, and some front office people made the stay throughly enjoyable. They made sure that whatever was needed was taken care of. If not for this smiling and ever ready to help team, it would have been a disaster.
