?NEVER BOOK TIVOLI Worst of the worst experience with a team and organisation which was supposedly rated good. We had made a booking on March 4th 2018 for a Sagan Ceremony Function to be held on September 19th, 2018 in Emperor's Court Hall. But due to the sealing of the venue, our function was cancelled at the last minute and we were informed about the same at 6 pm in the evening through a whatsapp message received from Tivoli Hospitality Group team. There was no call received to give the final status. There was absolutely zero consideration for the customers. To make things unimaginable worse and further harass us, they are not even returning our advance money paid. They have earned in multiples of hundreds of crores each year, and are harassing us to return few thousand rupees which are highly disgraceful !! The management is not even picking calls or responding on the emails. There are multiple families >50 which are affected, if anyone in the same plight is reading this, let's form a group and escalate this to wherever possible so that we at least get our money back.
