We recently had our wedding functions along with the 3 days stay in Tivoli. The RM there was extremely rude since we did the booking. After everything that happened (mentioned below in detail), she had the guts to call my husband the next day of our wedding that she could’ve stopped the services because we were expecting good food, services and ambience considering the amount we paid. Starting with the worst thing. The decoration on my wedding day. The moment I entered the venue, I was flabbergasted. I looked at the decor and I was surprised to see the color which I SPECIFICALLY SAID NO TO was the theme color of one of the most important occasions of my life. While discussing with the Decorator, we specifically asked him not to use Pink or Peach in the decor of any of our functions and that was the exact theme he decided to use for my wedding day. The first day, it was our engagement and few items from the menu were not available for our guests. Coincidentally it was my father who asked for something which was supposed to be on the menu and the answer he got was - “sorry, it’s not available” Simultaneously, the rooms which were allocated to us and our guests were in pretty bad situation. Few washrooms had leakage, few flushes were not working, my own room’s DND was not working, my husband’s washroom glass door fell down and so on…. No room we can say had no flaw. The next day, we spoke to Mokshi and told her about the food thing that happened on our engagement and so our Mehndi function no doubt went pretty smooth. I won’t deny the fact that the arrangements on our Mehndi function were good but then our wedding day came. Since our wedding was in April, we asked for mist fans during our intial discussion when we were finalizing the venue. But when the day came, Mokshi asked for extra money (2k per fan) to arrange those saying that we might have misunderstood and the charges were not covered in the final amount. My dad still agreed to it. The servicing staff on the wedding function was pathetic. Even after complaining about it, they still did not improve.
