The property promises the pre-wedding and wedding functions with flawless aplomb offering the superb cuisine, impeccable service and an elegant atmosphere that is bound to create lifetime memories for the wedding ceremony, the Tango ballroom, is the best bet. A 7,500 square feet, pillar-less banquet space with an expansive three-sided pre-function area, it is the largest available venue here and can accommodate up to 800 guests. If you’re planning on an elaborate sit-down wedding dinner and dance for your reception, they have recently opened up a 10,000 sqft lawn space that would be the ideal venue.
- The ballroom has the capacity of accommodating 250 people in seating and 600 in floating.
- The outdoor courtyard has a seating of 80 and floating 200 capacity.

We recently hosted our wedding at Vivanta by Taj - Surajkund, and the experience was exceptional. The multi-day ceremonies were flawlessly managed by the hotel's dedicated staff and empaneled vendors. Their flexibility and cooperation were commendable, especially with the complex logistics and numerous rooms we occupied. Special thanks to Ms. Pooja Khare from the Sales team, whose support was central to the planning process. Our guests enjoyed comfortable accommodations and a delightful breakfast buffet. The culinary offerings at all events were exquisite, featuring an impressive variety of cuisines. The flavors and quality of the food were consistently exceptional, showcasing the kitchen's mastery. Vivanta by Taj Surajkund exceeded our expectations in every way, making our special days unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to create beautiful memories!

I recently had the pleasure of hosting my wedding at Vivanta by Taj, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff, especially Pooja Khare, were incredibly flexible and accommodating, especially when it came to the number of rooms we needed, ensuring all our guests were comfortable and well taken care of. The food was another highlight of our event—delicious, varied, and impeccably presented. Despite the potential challenges of the summer heat and the relatively small size of our wedding compared to typical Indian weddings, the team at Vivanta by Taj made sure everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail and commitment to making our day special truly made a difference. I highly recommend Vivanta by Taj for any special occasion!

I had my 3 day wedding functions in Vivanta by Taj Surajkund. The hospitality and food was amazing. There was not even one person out of 600 people who complaint of any issue. We had an amazing time. Whole team made my wedding dream come true.

The venue is very nice for a 200-250 people kinda wedding. The food is amazing and the service is as you would expect Taj to deliver. We did all our wedding functions here and it was one of the best decisions. Guests really had a good time and the hospitality was great. Only problem is check in time, some rooms were not ready until 4pm in the evening. Apart from that everything was flawless. Highly recommend.

Booked this venue for all my wedding functions. It's a beautiful hotel. Being a Taj property, it definitely lives upto it's name. Service is exquisite.

This is one the best weekend getaways for Delhites! The service is brilliant the food is delicious and mind you the portion size is huge! The rooms are comfy and classy. I would visit again definitely!

Starting from receiving the guests to seeing them off everything was taken care of with minute detailing.Have been to almost all upscale hotels but this one was the best.Their hospitality speaks for themselves.Keep up the great work.

Exceptional experience! Amazing hospitality and the most courteous staff. Rooms are big and beautiful especially the bridal suite is almost like every brides dream room! Totally recommend this place for wedding venue!
