Must say it's a well adorned property and management is very cooperative as well as well-mannered. The staff , the arrangements,the food,the services and everything is just perfect. Nevertheless, the whole experience has my heart.

I am not going to suggest them for any large scale event like wedding, engagement, and conferences. If you want to celebrate birthdays this can be a place. Reasons: 1. They have very less people to manage things and most of the time managing staff will not be present at property. 2. Space wise also they don't have much space where wedding or any large scale function can be organised. 3. Their food is not upto the mark, because if you will see their prices are more than 4 star hotels but quality wise they are not like that. 4. They will always over commit but will not provide things on the day of event 5. Nearby there are govt offices so they can't get permission for music and all so it will be music less function only. Rest depends on your decision.

Don't rely on fake positive reviews, real ones are negative. Talk to people who organised the events their previously. Things to remember: 1. Don't pay 100%, pay only 70% after event as per your experience you should pay rest 30%. When you will propose this event manager Anushka will not agree because she knows you experience will be worst only. 2. Don't rely on fake customer feedback forms. 3. A day before event and on the day of event from early morning you have be on the venue because you can't rely on the employees there. 4. Check each and every cost outside, the cost what they tell for add-ons will be 3x in comparison to outside market. 5. When you are choosing menu, cross check from your side each and every dish is present because they will show you long menu but on event day things will be missing. 6. Don't rely on venue security since they don't have proper, arrange yours and be aware that local goons i. Disguise can come to your wedding and start asking 75k to 1lakh INR and if you will not give they will start throwing things, on that time venue employees will not help you, they will be standing and seeing things. 7. During thr agreement, ask to add this line in the agreement: During the wedding if any outside people will come into the wedding or function rest 30% payment you will be not give because venue was not able to provide security.

The banquet property was amazing. The place looked fancy, the staff were super helpful, the food was delicious, and everything went smoothly. It made our event unforgettable.

To, Core Management The Manor Lucknow,UP, India. Subject - Goons in disguise attack my client's Adarsh Pandey wedding at your venue. Respected Owners/Managements, My client Adarsh Pandey has booked The Manor for his April 18, 2024, wedding as per the records he provided. He shared a concern about goons in disguise attacking the venue during a Hindu wedding, and goons started asking for 75,000 INR. Later, my client found out from the property guard that the whole incident had been planned by Miss Anushka, who is your property manager, for which my client has video proof and a witness from the Manor Guard team with present guests. The statement in attached photo proof shows Management agrees that some goons in disguise came inside the property without permission of Mr. Adarsh Pandey and his family which is legally wrong, the management of the property was supposed the provide security for same but the statement shows it had been supported by the person or entity who replied back for review provided. Today in public, there has been a wrong allegation added to my client's review by The Manor handle, so for that, I have requested proof by sending an email to The Manor official email and contact number, which we cannot share here because of PII. We request that the Manor core administration reply to us via email and set up a meeting to discuss this matter, as well as set up an internal investigation against Miss Anushka and take action accordingly. Also please provide FIR copy which has been filed against goons in disguise. Visited the place for my Wedding query and I loved the space and confirmed the event as well. The place has a very beautiful Royal look and as me and my parents have already visited the other properties of the company so we are assured about the quality and taste of the food. The menu and decoration prices are also affordable for a function of 300 guests, which is also an important part in a wedding.
