Weddings seem to be back to all their former glory, and here is a Delhi wedding that proves it! Sugandha and Karthik's lavish Delhi wedding had everything- from gorgeous outfits to pin-worthy decor and some amazing details! The wedding planning by Nazara was sheer perfection, and we loved the overall vibe of this one, with of course, the coolest mehendi function we've seen in a while!
Meet Sugandha and Karthik
Kartik & I were in the same school but we first spoke to each other on FB messenger. It was late at night and I still remember his words “I can’t type a lot, so if you want to speak to me here’s my no. xxx call me”. We disconnected that phone call in the morning & met each other in the evening for coffee. It's been more than 12 years with him now and we’ve had everything from live-in to long distance. We started off as schoolmates and ended up as soulmates.

A perfect wedding for us was all about celebrating our love for each other. We wanted everyone to be a part of a non-stop party & take back only fond memories from our wedding.
I always wanted to wear my mother’s wedding outfit at one of my own wedding events. Since I’m very close to her I wanted to carry her legacy of love and make it a part of my wedding journey.
I chose to wear her wedding dupatta which is almost 30 years old at my chooda ceremony. It is the most beautiful piece of clothing that I now own and I felt beautiful wearing it.

We were looking for a wedding planner and thank god we met Kriti. Kriti is a powerhouse of innovative ideas & an excellent problem solver. She is very creative and has an eye for detail, and was able to handle all are wedding aspects professionally. Everyone praised the Haldi decor that she did at our respective houses and the personal touches she made for our wedding ceremony by creating phera essential corner. The entire team at Nazara did a wonderful job in ensuring that everything went as planned. We are grateful for all their help during our wedding celebrations.

Delhi velvet creates magic. Can’t thank Milind and his team at Delhi velvet enough for beautifully capturing our most memorable moments. I am sure that it would be a nightmare for any photographer if you tell them that you are not very comfortable in front of the camera and you don’t like getting clicked. But the team made me very comfortable and the pictures are testimony to it. We are very happy with them and looking forward to working with them for our future events.

Jasneet is a wedding decor visionary. She was able to effortlessly put our thoughts and ideas together to create masterpieces for our engagement and wedding event. All of our decors consisted of exactly what we had planned out and was ready before time. The highlight of the wedding was the beautiful aisle & the mandap area which looked surreal and exceeded everyone’s expectations. We highly recommend team EYD for their aesthetic taste and meticulous execution.
