Free Pre-Wedding Shoot: Terms & Conditions

Any new Sign up in a particular month is eligible to win the shoot. Only 1 winner is announced in a month.
1) The photographer will provide 2 hours of shoot at a specified location & a range of 10-20 pictures edited soft copy will be shared with the couple.
2) No of outfits will be one and no change will be allowed.
3) In case of Rain, the team will not be clicking pictures as the equipment might get damaged in case of outdoor shoots. Another date can be fixed based on the availability of both the couple & the photographer.
5) In case the couple cancels the shoot or ask for any other date due to any reason, another date might not be possible.
6) Soft copy of all clicked images will not be provided. Only the final selection will be shared.
7) The photographer shall have intellectual property rights over all the pictures that are shot.
8) The photographer shall retain the rights to use some of the pictures that are shot during your Pre wedding, to showcase our work to the other prospective clients or to participate in competitions or for any other relevant purpose.
Copyright and Usage
The Photographer retains copyright to all the images and video and will use some of the images and video on their Website/Facebook/Blog and for promoting our work in magazines and exhibitions. However, they will not be using it for any commercial purpose. They will not be selling these images,video and will use the images,video purely to demonstrate the work that we have done. In cases, where a client does not want the pictures to be displayed anywhere, a higher photography and videography fee will be charged
