I bought from the Delhi airport store and the sales team quoted me a price of circa £35-40 for an item of jewellery which I confirmed several times before purchasing. They then charged my card to the value of £330 by putting a different amount into the card machine than they did on the calculator when I discussed the cost (Rs3508 on the calculator and then Rs35080 on the system). My colleague also fell victim to this to the amount of almost £900 instead of the circa £80 that she was quoted. They take a huge amount of time which means you are getting closer and closer to your flight time and they place your invoice and receipt into the envelope so you do not see this straight away. All the time talking amongst themselves or to you to distract. When contacted they claimed it could never be the price quoted as it is gold - they do not inform you of the materials they only talk price. They then refuse to engage in any communication after this and essentially get away with fraud. DO NOT buy from this company, you will only come to regret it.

I must say they are having very unique and authentic designs. I have bought my 2 wedding function jewelry from them and still loving it. Thank you so much ..

Amrapali has the most lust worthy jewellery so I went to their Khan Market outlet a while back and purchased 2 pairs of clip on earrings. What I loved - The timeless and elegant designs, sizeable collection and good aesthetics. The earrings were a dream to wear and much better in quality in comparison to other clip ons out there . What put me out - The SA ! I asked her to 'please' complete the billing process swiftly as I didn't want to be late for my lunch appointment but she just ignored me. Took her own sweet time to do it and was chatting with a colleague the entire time. They were speaking in another language but I could make out enough to know that she was complaining about me asking her to hurry up while I was standing right there !!! One would think that a huge name like Amrapali had courteous, cheerful SAs. I hadn't realised before how much of a difference they make to our shopping experience.
