We hired Abhinav from Art Capture Productions as our wedding photographer. While the quality of the photos we received is decent, the overall experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. He has provided us with most of the raw pictures, but not for all wedding functions, and we are still waiting for the complete wedding album. Communication has been a major issue — he does not answer calls and often does not reply for days, with no clear timeline shared for when we will receive the remaining photos or the final album. During one of our wedding functions, the photographers assigned to us left midway, saying they had to attend another event. We were told that another team would be sent, but no replacement ever arrived, resulting in missed coverage of an important function. What was most shocking is that instead of taking responsibility, Abhinav suggested that we could “enact” or recreate the function the next day so he could take pictures. Wedding moments cannot be recreated, and such a suggestion was completely unreasonable and insensitive. Before booking, he was very prompt and responsive. However, after nearly 90% of the payment was made, his responsiveness dropped significantly. Wedding photography is about capturing once-in-a-lifetime moments. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, missed commitments, and handling of issues caused us a great deal of stress. We strongly urge future clients to proceed with caution.
